However, to remain relevant, all companies, big and small, must reinvent themselves, and over the past two years, Shnier has charted a new course. This is the new Shnier. We are focused on where we can win and where we can add the most value to our customers. One area of focus is the builder channel.

Over the past 18 months, our product team has introduced some of the most innovative products we've ever, brought to market, and during this time, we have also introduced many high-value, cost-effective products designed to be installed in new residential construction projects. This presentation is to clarify what is implied when we say a product line is designated for the Richmond Builder Program. There are four goals that builder product lines must achieve.

1. High value - Builder lines must be cost-effective and affordable without compromising quality.
2. High service - Builder lines must be in stock and ready to ship, sourced from reliable supply partners.
3. Consistent and dependable - Carefully selected for this builder channel need, builder lines must also be enduring, meaning that these products have long product life cycles, remaining active and available for long periods, for projects that span years, from specification to installation.
4. Easy to install and repair - Low-cost installation, for example, with attach pads and specific click systems. In most product categories, the builder program includes standard entry-level products, plus one upgrade. The upgrades remain price-competitive and offer features that new homebuyers value in terms of style, realism, and performance.
