Communication

The company believes in regular “open book” communication with its associates through updates delivered nationwide each quarter. We employ several hundred associates operating from facilities strategically located across Canada in Dartmouth, Toronto, Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver.

In addition, our internal culture includes many rewarding initiatives, a few for example:

  • The 25 Year Club - Shnier recognizes years of service milestones for all associates. Currently, there are over sixty associates in the 25 year club. More than 75 associates have reached the 25 year club milestone at Shnier.
  • President’s "Step Ahead" Achievement Awards - Associates' contributions are recognized and rewarded quarterly and annually through the Achievement Awards. Award categories include both business achievements and successes as well as humanitarian awards.
  • Shnier Special Events - Throughout the year, Shnier associates gather to socialize and celebrate at holiday parties, BBQ’s, and various other occasions.
