Toronto, Aug. 19/10 - SHNIER is pleased to announce that it was selected by the Schulich School of Business MBA program for an educational visit by 21 second year MBA exchange students from the Schulich campus in Mumbai, India. Shnier was chosen as an example of a category leading Canadian company, through which the students could be exposed to industry best business practices. The visit was comprised of a tour of Shnier's state of the art Brampton Ontario facility, presentations by Shnier Executives, and a Q & A session. The tour provided extensive insight into the functions of a successful and profitable value add floor covering solutions distributor. Topical areas discussed included sales, marketing, merchandising, operations, finance and administration, I.T. and H.R., from both a regional and national perspective.
