25 Year Club
Shnier recognizes years of service milestones for all associates. Currently, there are over sixty associates in the 25 year club.
President’s "Step Ahead" Achievement Awards
Associates' contributions are recognized and rewarded quarterly and annually through the Achievement Awards. Award categories include both business achievements and successes as well as humanitarian awards.
The Make Fun Committee
The Make Fun Committee (MFC) is a volunteer collective of associates that hosts a wide variety of workplace events. Their end goal is to raise money for charities and to make Shnier a more fun place to work.
Special Events
Throughout the year, Shnier associates gather to socialize and celebrate at holiday parties, BBQ’s, and various other occasions.
